Joo Jin-woo, chairman of SAJO GROUP, has returned as the representative of SAJO INDUSTRIES after 21 years. Chairman Joo's return to the representative position of SAJO INDUSTRIES is the first since June 2004.
According to the Financial Supervisory Service's electronic disclosure system on the 25th, SAJO INDUSTRIES announced that it would change to a dual representative system with Joo Jin-woo and Kim Chi-gon as co-CEOs the previous day. SAJO INDUSTRIES explained that this was due to "the resignation of the previous CEO and the subsequent appointment of a new CEO."
