The luxury platform Balancen apologized for the delay in settlements for partner businesses and stated that it would complete the verification work by the 28th.
Balancen noted on the 25th, "It is unavoidable that payments will be delayed by 2 to 3 days, and we plan to share the settlement amounts and payment schedules for each partner company no later than the 28th after the verification work is completed."
Earlier, Balancen reportedly notified partner businesses that the review of the scheduled settlement payments would be temporarily withheld until it is completed on the afternoon of the 24th.
Balancen added, "We sincerely apologize for the temporary inconvenience caused to our partner businesses." The company plans to include late interest when making the payments.
Furthermore, Balancen communicated to its partners, "This review is a measure to prevent errors or omissions in settlements and ensure more accurate and transparent payments, so we ask for your generous understanding," and stated, "We will inform you of any changes or if the review is completed earlier through separate guidance on the progress."
