LOTTE Chilsung Beverage announced on the 20th that it will launch 'Saero Dare' next month.

According to LOTTE Chilsung Beverage, Saero Dare is a product that reduces the distinct bitterness of soju by adding domestic kiwi juice to Saero. It features the sweet and tangy flavor of kiwi and a light green color. The alcohol content is the same as the existing 'Saero Apricot,' at 12 degrees.

Saero Dare maintains the continuity of the Saero series by placing a fruit tree and 'Saero Gumi' on the product label.

A representative of LOTTE Chilsung Beverage noted, 'To differentiate from various fruit-flavored alcoholic beverages currently available in the domestic market, including last year's Saero Apricot, we used domestic kiwi juice to emphasize the Korean characteristics that the Saero brand has pursued.' They added, 'Darae, which also appears in the Goryeo song “Cheongsan Byeolgok,” is a fruit that our people enjoyed eating in the past. Saero Dare is expected to deliver a new taste not commonly experienced in existing alcoholic products.'

They continued, 'Saero Dare can be tasted first through the “Saero Sulsang Dining” at the “Saero Dowon” pop-up store, which is operated on Apgujeong Rodeo, starting from the end of March, ahead of its official sales in April.'
