Everland, Lotte World, and Seoul Land will remain open without holidays during the Lunar New Year holiday. According to the three amusement parks on the 27th, various attractions including traditional games and performances have been prepared for the holiday period.

Everland, operated by Samsung C&T's resort division, is holding the 'Exciting K-Play Festival' event, where visitors can experience traditional Korean games such as jegichagi, gonggi, and cheonhajeon, until next month on the 2nd. The event takes place daily from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. during the holiday period, allowing guests to enjoy traditional games like ddakji, cheonhajeon, gonggi, spinning tops, and jegichagi along a track drawn on the ground.

At the Magic Time restaurant next to Carnival Plaza, visitors can enjoy special menu items for the Lunar New Year, including tteok mandu guk and traditional snacks, and the gift shop is selling 28 new goods themed around the holiday, such as hanbok doll clothes and bokjuri dolls.

The Everland Homebridge Cabin Hostel has also set up spaces for experiencing traditional games like jegichagi and tuho. Every evening during the holiday period, the nation's first Moomin IP multimedia show 'Moomin Fireworks' will take place.

Lotte World Adventure will host the 'Folklore Grand Performance' daily until the 16th of next month at 5 p.m. on the first floor parade route. The 'Folklore Grand Performance' features various traditional performances of the Korean people presented in a parade format, beginning with the appearances of Lotte and Lori, the adventure's representative characters dressed in hanbok, followed by the vibrant rhythms of traditional percussion instruments like gwenggwari, janggu, and buk. A colorful fan dance performance is also included.

At the Folk Museum on the third floor of Adventure, a special exhibition titled 'Yeominrak: Enjoying Together with the People' focused on the royal culture of the Joseon Dynasty is being held. This exhibition covers the image of the Joseon Dynasty king, who sought to harmonize the world through music, events held at the royal court each New Year, and festivals shared between the royal family and the public.

Seoul Land will open 'Gijigo Bokko, Alley Playground' in the Samchuly area. A photo zone will allow visitors to try on nostalgic costumes, and they can engage in alley games like ddakji and Squid Game. Nostalgic snacks like dalgona and items such as kites and paper dolls will also be available for purchase.

Until the 30th, visitors can participate in events with 'Myeongsu, the Alley Master' and 'Park Oksun, the Land stationery manager,' who will compete with visitors in alley games to determine the winner. A fortune teller set up by Meoteol Dosa will also be available for New Year's fortune-telling.
