COSMAX, a global cosmetics original design manufacturer (ODM), announced on the 14th that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the National University of Singapore (NUS) last December for microbiome research.
NUS is a representative comprehensive university in Singapore, ranking 8th globally and 1st in Asia according to the QS World University Rankings.
COSMAX pushed forward this MOU in cooperation with the Ministry of Science and ICT and the White Bio Innovation Cluster in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi Province.
COSMAX plans to collaborate with Professor Matthew Chang from the NUS School of Medicine to develop cutting-edge technologies in the bio field and commercialize them.
They plan to conduct collaborative research across all processes, from strain improvement to cell design and biosynthesis.
They also plan to collaborate in nurturing future talents in the bio field.
