According to the proposed published prices for this year released by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport on the 13th, the published price for Eterno Cheongdam, with a dedicated area of 464.11 square meters, is 20.06 billion won, the highest in the country. This is an increase of 7.2 billion won compared to last year's published price of 12.86 billion won. The apartment opened for occupancy early last year and recorded second place immediately after its appraised price was established, following The Penthouse Cheongdam.

Designed by Pritzker Prize-winning Spanish architect Rafael Moneo, it consists of one building with 29 units. In private lots in the speculative overheated area of Seoul, projects with fewer than 30 units are not subject to price ceiling regulations, and they can also evade public subscription regulations, leading to the emergence of the '29-unit rule' among luxury apartments.

It is also known as the place where singer IU purchased a 74-pyeong unit for 13 billion won and actor Song Joong-ki bought a unit for 15 billion won.

In second place is The Penthouse Cheongdam, which recorded a published price of 16.32 billion won for the first time in 2021 after moving in 2020, maintaining the top position for four consecutive years from that year until last year. Its published price for a dedicated area of 407.71 square meters is 17.21 billion won. While the published price increased by 810 million won compared to last year, it has now given up the top spot to Eterno Cheongdam.

In third place is 'Nine One Hannam' in Hanam-dong, Yongsan District, with a dedicated area of 244.72 square meters priced at 16.3 billion won, maintaining the same rank as last year. The published price has increased by 5.63 billion won compared to the previous year.

In fourth place is 'Hannam the Hill' in Hanam-dong, Yongsan District, with a dedicated area of 244.75 square meters priced at 11.86 billion won, rising by 1.968 billion won compared to last year.

In fifth place is 'Raemian One Bailey' in Banpo-dong, Seocho District, which started occupancy in August 2023, priced at 11.09 billion won for a dedicated area of 234.85 square meters.

'Acro River Park' in Banpo-dong, Seocho District, has a dedicated area of 234.8 square meters, with a published price of 10.91 billion won, rising by 3.41 billion won compared to last year's price of 7.49 billion won, and moving up three spots from ninth to sixth place.

'Acro Seoul Forest' in Seongsu-dong 1-ga, Seongdong District, has a published price of 10.73 billion won for a dedicated area of 273.93 square meters, dropping from fifth place last year to seventh this year.

In eighth place is 'Park Hannam' in Hanam-dong, Yongsan District, priced at 10.35 billion won for a dedicated area of 268.95 square meters. Ninth place goes to 'Galleria Fore' in Seongsu-dong 1-ga, Seongdong District, with a dedicated area of 271.21 square meters priced at 9.135 billion won. Tenth place is 'Traumhaus 5' in Seocho-dong, Seocho District, with a dedicated area of 273.64 square meters priced at 7.868 billion won.

All ten of the top-ranking apartments are located in Seoul, with two in Gangnam District, three in Yongsan District, three in Seocho District, and two in Seongdong District.
