HDC Hyundai Development Company, Hyundai Engineering & Construction, and POSCO E&C announced on the 13th that they plan to sell the 'City of OCEL Phase 7' being developed in Hakik-dong, Michuhol-gu, Incheon, this February.

The complex consists of nine buildings with three basement levels and a maximum of 47 above-ground floors, totaling 1,453 households with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 137 square meters. The number of units by exclusive area includes △152 units of 59㎡, △73 units of 75㎡, △599 units of 84㎡A, △280 units of 84㎡B, △142 units of 84㎡C, △64 units of 102㎡A, △94 units of 102㎡B, △47 units of 110㎡, and △2 units of 137㎡P (penthouse).

The City of OCEL development project spans over a total site area of approximately 1.54 million square meters, with plans to create over 13,000 households, resembling a mini new city. With large residential complexes, parks, business districts, and educational facilities planned, the area is expected to transform into a self-sufficient and completed city once the development is completed.

City of OCEL Phase 7 is located adjacent to Phase 6, which recorded a complete sellout in a short period last autumn, establishing it as a prime location. It is a transit-oriented complex within walking distance to the planned Hakik Station on the Suin-Bundang Line. Once Hakik Station opens, it will provide direct access to various areas in Seoul, including Gangnam District Office, Apgujeong Rodeo, and Suseo, as well as to Suwon, Bundang, and Pangyo without transfers, making it easy to travel to Seoul and the surrounding metropolitan area.

The road network is also well-equipped for convenient vehicle access. The complex is conveniently located near the Neunghae IC of the 2nd Gyeongin Expressway, and it connects to the 2nd Circular Highway (Incheon-Gimpo), Incheon Bridge, the Incheon Road connecting to the Gyeongin Expressway, and the Aam Road connecting to the 3rd Gyeongin Expressway, forming an extensive regional transportation network.

Living conditions are impressive. Residents will have easy access to ‘Star of OCEL,’ a commercial, cultural, and business district planned for development within City of OCEL. Star of OCEL is expected to feature large-scale commercial facilities, cinemas, Incheon Museum Park, and various other lifestyle and cultural amenities. In particular, three plazas (Welcome Plaza, Central Plaza, Grand Plaza) will be established between Phase 6 and Phase 7, enhancing resident convenience through the activation of local commerce.

Additionally, the cultural-specialized road (Link of OCEL), which connects Phase 7 to Hakik Station and Museum Park, will be designed as a specialized walking path that allows residents to experience the feeling of strolling along forest trails.

City of OCEL Phase 7 offers differentiated product characteristics worthy of a brand large complex. It will be developed as a pleasant complex featuring a low building coverage ratio of 14% and a landscaping area that accounts for approximately 34% of the total site area. The complex will include various landscaping and convenience facilities such as a tea house (object cafe), children’s playground, infant playground, pocket rest areas, community exercise facilities, camping grounds, pet gardens, sunken plazas, daycare centers, and senior centers.

The community center will feature fitness facilities, group exercise rooms, golf practice ranges, male and female saunas, male and female study rooms, private study rooms for men and women, childcare centers, and cultural lecture rooms. In particular, an indoor gym will be located on the basement level two, enabling a variety of sports activities regardless of the season and weather.

The model house is located in the Aam Road area of Michuhol-gu, Incheon, and is scheduled to open in February.
