Former Democratic Party of Korea leader Lee Jae-myung ranked first in a presidential suitability survey with 48.8%, according to the results of a poll.

On the 14th, a survey conducted by Realmeter at the request of the Energy Economy Newspaper, which surveyed 1,506 eligible voters aged 18 and older nationwide from the 9th to the 11th (with a confidence level of 95% and a margin of error of ±2.5 percentage points), found that Lee was at 48.8%.

Kim Moon-soo, former Minister of Employment and Labor, who recorded first place in preference among the conservative camp, achieved 10.9% and placed second, but this was a decrease of 5.4 percentage points compared to the previous week. Han Duck-soo, the Acting Prime Minister who was included in the survey for the first time and has not officially declared his candidacy, placed third with 8.6%.

Former Representative Han Dong-hoon 6.2%, former Daegu Mayor Hong Joon-pyo 5.2%, Reform Party Representative Lee Jun-seok 3.0%, former People Power Party Representative Yoo Seung-min 2.7%, Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon 2.6%, People Power Party Representative Ahn Cheol-soo 2.4%, former Gyeongnam Governor Kim Kyung-soo 1.3%, Gyeonggi Governor Kim Dong-yeon 1.2%, and former Democratic Party Representative Kim Du-kwan 0.9%.

Party support shows the Democratic Party of Korea at 46.7% and the People Power Party at 33.1%. Compared to the previous survey, the support for the Democratic Party increased by 1.9 percentage points, while the People Power Party's support decreased by 2.6 percentage points. The gap between the two parties widened to 13.6 percentage points, which is 4.5 percentage points larger than the previous week, and has been analyzed to be outside the margin of error for three consecutive weeks.
