Former People Power Party representative Han Dong-hoon’s book "It’s the people first" began pre-sales at major online bookstores on the morning of 19th.

The book has a total of 384 pages and is scheduled for official publication on the 26th.

The representative of Han announced through a press release that "This book contains Han Dong-hoon’s choice and thoughts on crossing the sea of martial law to enter a new era."

The book is divided into two major sections: "Han Dong-hoon’s choice" and "Han Dong-hoon’s thoughts." In the first part, Han Dong-hoon’s choices, the stories of 14 days and 300 hours can be seen, including opposition to martial law, the resolution to lift martial law, attempts for an orderly early resignation, the passage of the presidential impeachment motion, and resignation as party leader.

In the section on Han Dong-hoon’s thoughts, the reasons for his political engagement, his mission as a public official, and his vision for a happy nation can be explored in a dialogue format.

The author introduction includes where former representative Han was born and raised, his alma mater, military service region, and major political history, but there was no mention of his prosecutor history.

The publisher introduced the author, former representative Han, stating, "He was born in 1973 in Jungwha-dong, Seoul, and grew up in Mochung-dong, Cheongju, North Chungcheong Province. He graduated from Seoul National University College of Law and passed the 37th National Judicial Examination. After completing the Judicial Research and Training Institute, he enlisted as a judge advocate in the Air Force and served for 36 months at the 18th Fighter Wing in Gangneung before being discharged as a captain."

It also noted, "He served as the party leader of the People Power Party and chair of the emergency committee, and previously worked as the Minister of Justice," adding that he is "a liberal democrat who values reason, rationality, common sense, and the people’s perspective."

He further stated, "During his time as minister and party leader, he fought against the aggression of the large opposition party with refined logic and eloquence, earning the nickname '1 against 180,'" and added, "He is bringing a new wind to Korean politics through breaking authoritarianism and reforming old politics with 'strong against the strong and weak against the weak.'"
