ChaBot Mobility announced on the 3rd that it has embarked on realizing ESG (environmental, social, and governance) values and nurturing talent by discovering future mobility strategies through a university-industry collaboration project.
ChaBot Mobility successfully concluded the 'ChaBot Mobility×S.ONE-HESA university-industry collaboration program,' which was conducted for about three weeks from March 12 to April 2 in conjunction with the Business Administration Society of Sungkyunkwan University (S.ONE) and the Business Administration Society of Hanyang University (HESA).
This project was planned as a practical strategy proposal activity for university students to solve actual business challenges of ChaBot Mobility, as part of ESG activities aimed at nurturing talent in the future mobility industry. Participants worked in collaboration with professionals, performing various tasks from market analysis to business model design, and presented innovative perspectives as next-generation strategists.
A total of three teams participated, proposing strategic solutions for actual corporate challenges on topics such as 'building a car finance sales model' and 'monetization strategies for the ChaBot app-based auto commerce,' and the results of each team were presented at the final presentation held on April 2, followed by an awards ceremony.
The Daesang award was given to the HESA team from Hanyang University. They were recognized for their practicality and strategic insight by presenting a model for new car purchases and financial services for general customers. The grand award was given to Team 1 from Sungkyunkwan University’s S.ONE for their strategy to monetize all processes of auto commerce based on the ChaBot app, which was highly assessed for its potential for platform transformation. The excellence award was received by Team 2 from S.ONE, which harmoniously composed vehicle management services, a membership-based revenue model, and marketing strategies.
ChaBot Mobility plans to refer to the outstanding proposals derived from this project for future business planning and platform enhancement, and also intends to offer internship opportunities to participating students to support their practical experience.
Kang Byung-hee, Vice President and COO of ChaBot Mobility, noted, 'This university-industry collaboration project was a process of mutual growth where corporations and future talents contemplated and learned together,' and stated, 'We will continue to actively contribute to talent cultivation and the establishment of a sustainable mobility ecosystem through university-industry collaboration.'
