Adobe announced on the 26th that it had previewed seven innovative technologies currently being tested that combine marketing and creative technology with artificial intelligence (AI) agents to help corporations coordinate customer experiences quickly and easily.
Adobe highlighted how data innovation and AI agents support marketing workflows throughout campaign launches and content creation, introducing the agentic AI capabilities based on the Adobe Experience Platform. Marketers can utilize this in various ways, including website optimization, automated content generation, customer segmentation, and concierge-style customer interactions.
The technologies unveiled this time are all in the early stages of experimental projects, focusing on closely integrating AI agents into marketing practices. "Project Perfect CONTEC" provides insights into customer behavior by analyzing external economic data alongside in-house data, while "Project Slide Wow" is a technology that automatically visualizes customer journey data and transforms it into presentations.
In addition, "Project Vision Cast" supports AI in designing initial marketing strategies based on data and images related to new products, and "Project Site Leaf" simplifies site redesign by automatically analyzing and transferring content from brand websites.
Moreover, "Project Get Savvy" helps quickly conceptualize initial campaign plans through real-time agent interactions, and "Project Frame Sense" automatically produces personalized video content based on real-time customer data. "Project Panorama" visualizes user journeys within mobile apps and is a tool that coordinates messages and proposals without coding.
Adobe noted, "These experimental technologies will serve as the foundation for realizing next-generation customer experience orchestration based on generative AI and agentic AI."
