On the 25th, the cybersecurity corporation Genians announced that it will open a "global technology support center" in Bengaluru, India, as part of its global growth strategy and begin full-scale operations.

The global technology support center aims to proactively enter the rapidly growing global security market, understand customer needs, provide tailored services, and seize opportunities for global growth.

Bengaluru, India, where the technology support center is located, is a hub of technological innovation that hosts numerous IT corporations and research facilities, including global security leaders such as Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, and Cisco. Genians plans to secure excellent engineers locally and strengthen its technical support expertise for global customers through systematic training.

Through this opening, Genians will complete a three-nation technical support system connecting South Korea, the United States, and India, and will also serve as a global technology support hub encompassing the Middle East, Europe, and Africa.

Recently, Genians has been expanding into regions including the United States, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Europe, and Africa to acquire customers.
