Last year, NCSOFT established two subsidiaries through a physical split, NC QA and NC IDS, which have recorded a profit in their first quarter of operation.

According to NCSOFT's 2024 business report released on the 20th, NC QA recorded a consolidated revenue of 6.8 billion won, an operating profit of 580 million won, and a net profit of 550 million won in the fourth quarter. NC IDS achieved revenues of 7.8 billion won, an operating profit of 400 million won, and a net profit of 380 million won during the same period.

NC QA is a professional corporation specializing in software quality assurance (QA) services, providing QA tasks for games and apps, as well as systems integration management and IT and computer operation-related services. NC IDS primarily focuses on consulting for computer systems integration and the development and supply of system software.

NCSOFT announced in June last year that it would establish two unlisted subsidiaries, NC QA and NC IDS, through a corporate spin-off, and after a shareholders' meeting, launched NC QA and NC IDS in October of the same year.

NCSOFT decided to establish game development subsidiaries ▲First Spark Games ▲Big Fire Games ▲Rudius Games and an artificial intelligence (AI) specialist company, NC AI, through an additional split at the end of last year. These subsidiaries officially launched last month.
