Xiaomi Korea announced on the 14th that it will officially launch the "Xiaomi 15 Ultra" smartphone and "Xiaomi Pad 7" tablet in the country on March 25. These two products are the latest models unveiled at "MWC 2025," quickly providing cutting-edge technology to domestic consumers.
The Xiaomi 15 Ultra features a quad-camera system in collaboration with Leica (14mm ultra-wide, 23mm main 1-inch sensor, 70mm telephoto, 100mm super-telephoto) to deliver a professional-grade shooting experience. It supports a 50MP Sony LYT-900 sensor, Leica Summilux lens, and up to 200mm optical zoom, allowing for more precise shooting when utilizing the photographer kit.
AI capabilities have also been significantly enhanced. The Snapdragon 8 Elite mobile platform, Xiaomi HyperOS 2, and Google Gemini AI are integrated to provide innovative features such as AI live wallpapers, AI image expansion, and AI live translation. With a 5410mAh battery and support for 90W wired and 80W wireless charging, users can utilize it without worrying about battery life.
The Xiaomi Pad 7 is a premium tablet with a lightweight 500g design and a slim 6.18mm profile. It supports the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 mobile platform and features an 11-inch display with a resolution of 3.2K (144Hz, 800 nits brightness), providing powerful performance and clear image quality.
With support for Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos, as well as Xiaomi HyperAI-based text generation, image editing, and real-time meeting information extraction features, Xiaomi has maximized multimedia and productivity efficiency. It is compatible with various accessories, including a floating keyboard, magnetic keyboard, and focus pen, and supports an 8,850mAh battery along with 45W turbo charging for extended usage.
Xiaomi's HyperOS 2 is designed based on hyper-core technology that improves performance, graphics, networking, and security. It minimizes data leaks by applying advanced encryption algorithms and introduces a data separation storage policy on servers in Singapore and Europe for user privacy protection.
Through this launch, Xiaomi plans to strengthen its competitiveness in the flagship smartphone and tablet market in South Korea.
