Zoom Communications, hereinafter referred to as Zoom, announced on the 12th that it has introduced a comprehensive partner program, the Zoom Up Services Program, which upgrades the existing 'Zoom Up Partner Program.'
This program is designed to enable partners to provide globally validated and differentiated post-sales services on the Zoom platform across solution deployment, support, customer success, and management services. The first phase of the service program is currently being operated with early adopter corporations and is expected to gradually expand until the 2026 fiscal year.
The Zoom Up Services Program offers partners professional capacity building and hands-on training to seek new revenue growth opportunities and support business growth. It operates in three models depending on the partner's business needs and collaboration level: ▲ Reseller or Referral, ▲ Certified Services, ▲ Partner-Delivered Programs.
The Reseller or Referral model operates the same as the existing partner program, allowing all Zoom Up partners to resell or recommend Zoom services. The Certified Services model is available to partners who have completed designated certification processes and training to offer their own branded services certified by Zoom. The Partner-Delivered Programs model collaborates with Zoom to provide differentiated advanced post-sales services and is available to certified partners that meet standards of proficiency, capability, resources, scale, and performance.
Nick Tid, head of Global Channel GTM at Zoom, noted that "this new program is a significant milestone in Zoom's evolution into a partner-centric corporation" and added, "Through this program, partners can create new revenue streams, gain competitiveness in the market, and provide the best solutions and support to customers."
