A monthly care report is also provided once a month to show the condition of the products being used and the cycle for consumable replacements at a glance. Samsung Electronics Service continues its efforts to improve customer satisfaction. It operates an award system that selects the service centers and engineers with the highest service satisfaction across the country as 'CS Excellent Centers' and 'CS Masters.'
