T-money announced on the 17th that it will strengthen cooperation with the taxi industry through T-money GO On-Da Taxi while enhancing its service differentiation strategy.

T-money GO On-Da Taxi will first enhance the quality of taxi dispatch. It is planning to introduce a faster dispatch function and is also developing features to increase the acceptance rate of taxi drivers. Additionally, to improve service accuracy, it will overhaul the T-money GO On-Da Taxi service engine and prepare various customer-tailored services, including safe dispatch for vulnerable groups.

It will also enhance the benefits for paid calls currently available in T-money GO On-Da Taxi. By improving dispatch speed, it aims to increase service satisfaction and induce revenue growth for taxi drivers. Alongside this, it plans to strengthen promotional connections with various transportation options available within the T-money GO app, such as high-speed and intercity buses, SRT, public bicycles (Ddarung-i, Tashu), electric bicycles, scooters (SOCAR, JIKU, Kickgoing, SingSing, Beam), airport buses, airlines, rental cars, and high-speed ferries.

Lastly, to ensure stable supply and operation of the taxi calling service, it will systematize rewards to strengthen loyalty to T-money GO On-Da Taxi and improve dispatch quality through enhanced call acceptance mileage and the introduction of cancellation penalties.

It also plans to provide various value-added services that help with taxi operations through collaboration with the driver application (app) Taxi Today, launched last November. This strategy aims to enhance the operational stability of T-money GO On-Da Taxi and induce faster dispatch.

Jo Dong-wook, executive director of the mobility division, noted, "T-money GO On-Da Taxi is a mobility super app that has surpassed 12 million cumulative members and has cooperated with the industry as a taxi calling service. We will do our best in developing differentiated services so that T-money GO On-Da Taxi can become the representative taxi calling service in South Korea by enhancing customer benefits."
