Samsung Electronics will launch two new sizes (No. 14, No. 15) of the 'Galaxy Ring,' a comprehensive health management solution, in the domestic market starting on the 24th. The 'Galaxy Ring' comes in titanium black, silver, and gold, and is available in 11 sizes from No. 5 to No. 15, priced at 499,400 won. It will also be released in an additional 15 markets, including Japan and the Czech Republic, starting in February, for a total sale in 53 markets.

The 'Galaxy Ring,' which integrates advanced sensor technology from Samsung Electronics, supports 24-hour health status management and features a lightweight and comfortable design for extended wear. The measured health information and tips can be checked on the 'Samsung Health' app.

Samsung Electronics began updating the 'Samsung Health' app on the 13th to enhance personalized sleep experiences. The update introduces the 'Mindfulness' feature, which provides mood tracking, breathing guidance, and meditation programs. A 'sleep environment report' feature is also expected to be added in the first half of the year. This feature will analyze indoor temperature, humidity, and air quality in conjunction with SmartThings to recommend the optimal sleep environment. In the second half of the year, a feature that analyzes sleep records to suggest the optimal bedtime will also be introduced.

Park Heon-soo, head of the digital health team at Samsung Electronics' MX division, said, "We are pleased to provide health management solutions to more users with the new launch of the Galaxy Ring," adding, "We will continue to develop simple health management products and services in the future."
