The 11th generation Mercedes-Benz E-Class is recognized for its enhanced driving performance, safety, and convenience features in the domestic premium sedan market.

The E-Class is the representative sedan of Mercedes-Benz. According to the Korea Automobile Importers & Distributors Association (KAIDA), 25,973 units of the current 11th generation E-Class were sold domestically last year, maintaining its position as the best-selling model in the imported car market for 11 consecutive years since 2014 (cumulative based on the entire group and E-Class trims).

The Mercedes-Benz E-Class recently won awards in all three major 'Car of the Year' evaluations held domestically. It was recognized as the 'Car of the Year for Internal Combustion Engine Sedans' by the Korea Automotive Journalists Association and as the 'Imported Car of the Year' by the Korean Automobile Journalists Association.

It has also been validated for high stability from various domestic and international organizations. The '2024 Automobile Safety Assessment' (KNCAP) announced by the Korea Transportation Safety Authority's automotive safety research institute gave it the highest overall score, and it was selected as the 'safest vehicle of 2024' by the European New Car Assessment Programme (Euro NCAP).

The 11th generation E-Class features cutting-edge digital elements and improved driving performance, safety, and convenience specifications through electrification technology. It offers a more spacious interior compared to the previous generation by increasing the wheelbase, driver's headroom, and rear legroom.

The E-Class is equipped for the first time with the third-generation MBUX (Mercedes-Benz User Experience) infotainment system, providing a more intelligent digital experience. It allows the use of third-party applications (apps) such as YouTube, Zoom, and TikTok, and it is equipped with a 5G communication module to support fast data speeds.

It also provides a 'routine' feature that allows the driver to set frequently used convenience functions themselves. This function automates vehicle features such as temperature settings, ambient lights, audio, and parking cameras based on specific conditions like date and time, location, internal and external temperatures, and vehicle speed.

All models of the E-Class, except for the plug-in hybrid (PHEV), are equipped with a 48-volt mild hybrid system. This provides an additional 17 kilowatts (㎾) of power during acceleration by supplying electric power to the existing engine, aiding in quick and smooth starts.

The E 200 Avantgarde, E 300 4MATIC AMG Line, and E 300 4MATIC Exclusive are equipped with a four-cylinder gasoline engine that delivers a maximum output of 258 horsepower (PS) and a maximum torque of 40.8 kgf·m. The E 450 4MATIC features a six-cylinder gasoline engine that achieves a maximum output of 381 PS and a maximum torque of 51 kgf·m. The E 220 d 4MATIC Exclusive, powered by a four-cylinder diesel engine, produces a maximum of 197 PS and 44.9 kgf·m of output and torque.

The most recent version of the driving assistance system, the Driving Assistance Package Plus, is standard equipment across the entire lineup. The Pre-Safe Impulse Side inflates the side bolsters to protect forward-seat occupants in the event of a side collision.

The E-Class is currently offered in six lineups: E 200 Avantgarde, E 300 4MATIC Exclusive, E 300 4MATIC AMG Line, E 450 4MATIC, E 350 e 4MATIC with EQ hybrid technology, and Mercedes-AMG E 53 hybrid 4MATIC+. Prices range from 73.8 million won to 138.6 million won.
