Kia will accept applications for new college graduate recruitment for the first half of 2025 from April 1 to 14 for two weeks.

It plans to select core talent for future mobility in a total of 22 positions across 14 institutional sectors, including PBV, global business, management support, products, strategic planning, and purchasing. The eligible candidates are those graduating from a four-year university in August 2025 or those holding bachelor's and master's degrees. This year, as Kia emphasizes securing new growth engines such as the popularization of EVs and PBV, and transitioning to a software-centric approach, it aims to select diverse talent to foster a creative and inclusive organizational culture, enhancing future mobility competitiveness.

Kia has set a cultural orientation towards "customer-centric, people-centric culture" and has consistently worked to change its organizational culture by establishing "Kia's values and behaviors." As part of this, it operates recruitment policies and training programs aimed at securing human diversity and building a fair culture, based on one of the norms of "Kia's values and behaviors," which states, "We think of people."

Kia will also hold a recruitment counseling session on campus to help busy college students who are preparing for midterms and employment obtain job and position-related information. In particular, to encourage students during their last midterm exams before employment, it plans to conduct a coffee event, "Last midterm A+, First career Kia+," at cafes on the campuses of eight universities in Seoul.

A Kia official noted, "Through various events that can expand our contact points with Generation Z, we aim to inform them about Kia's new recruitment and approach Generation Z new hires, who will soon join us, in a friendly manner. We hope for their interest and support as core talents who will lead the paradigm shifts in the future mobility industry."
