Lee Soo-min has been appointed as the representative of Noroo Paint & Coatings.
Noroo Paint & Coatings held its regular shareholders' meeting on the 21st and announced the appointment of Lee Soo-min as the new CEO.
Born in 1970, the new CEO joined Noroo Paint & Coatings in 1996 and worked in departments such as finance and planning. Later, in 2021, she took office as the representative of Noroo Logistics, a logistics affiliate of Noroo Group.
The new CEO noted, "I will flexibly respond to the rapidly changing market environment and economic conditions while creating new business opportunities."
A representative from Noroo Paint & Coatings said, "We appointed a young leader born in 1970 to overcome the economic downturn," adding, "We will secure organizational flexibility through restructuring as a young organization and strengthen operations centered on practical work."
On the same day, Noroo Paint & Coatings reappointed Han Young-jae, the chairman and CEO of Noroo Holdings, as an in-house director. Kim Yong-ki, the vice chairman who stepped down as CEO of Noroo Paint & Coatings, will remain in the position of CEO of Noroo Holdings.
