Doosan Enerbility announced on the 20th that Chairman Park Ji-won received a total of 5.6544 billion won, including a salary of 1.634 billion won and a bonus of 4.019 billion won last year. This figure represents an increase of 119% compared to 2.58 billion won in 2023. The salary remained similar, but the bonus, including short- and long-term performance bonuses, increased from 997 million won to 4.019 billion won.

Doosan Enerbility noted that it considered the expansion of growth drivers and stabilization of its business structure when calculating bonuses, and that it also reflected achievements during the recent three-year performance measurement period, with 85.5% of the planned orders achieved, an interest and tax-adjusted operating profit (EBIT) of 44.7%, and a free cash flow (FCF) of 282.3%.

Vice Chairman Jeong Yeon-in and President Park Sang-hyun received compensations of 2.357 billion won and 1.718 billion won, respectively. This represents an increase of 118% and 88%, respectively, compared to the previous year.
