On the 18th, the LG Group's comprehensive advertising agency HS Ad announced the opening of a 'Global Hub for Digital Content' in New Delhi, India, which is considered one of the top 10 advertising markets in the world.

The 'Global Hub for Digital Content' integrates and produces marketing content for digital touchpoints that were previously created in a dispersed manner by HS Ad's headquarters and overseas subsidiaries.

The Korean headquarters will lead strategy formulation and operational management, while the New Delhi subsidiary will be responsible for large-scale content production.

In the future, there are plans to enhance customer-tailored content production capabilities using generative artificial intelligence (AI).

The reason HS Ad established the Global Hub for Digital Content is that the demand for marketing content needed for various digital touchpoints such as Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channels, social media (SNS), and e-commerce is rapidly increasing worldwide.

Im Woo-young, head of the HS Ad New Delhi subsidiary, noted, "India is a country with a rich pool of digital talent and is leading advertising innovation driven by AI and data. We are growing as a center for marketing automation and personalization technology development, and the ease of collaboration with global big-tech corporations like Google and Meta is also a significant strength."
