On the 18th, the marketing (PR) corporation Hahm Partners announced the official launch of its global communication group by acquiring the digital technology-based content commerce corporation “Sky Ventures” and the global K-pop commerce platform “K-Pop Merch” as 100% subsidiaries.

Sky Ventures is a company specialized in planning and producing YouTube-based intellectual property (IP) content and building fandom.

K-Pop Merch has the capability to identify countries with higher potential for success for each intellectual property (meaning artists) through data-driven country-specific tailored strategies and conduct customized product planning.

Based on this, Hahm Partners plans to introduce an artificial intelligence (AI)-based PR analysis solution and create a new business model that merges fandom commerce. This aims to strengthen its competitiveness in the global market.

Hahm Partners Group has set a goal of achieving 300 billion won in revenue and entering the top 20 in the global PR industry by 2030.

Ham Si-won, CEO of Hahm Partners, noted that “We will build a sustainable business model that organically promotes the consolidation of fandom, brands, and markets to create new value in the global market.”
