On the 17th, machine tool manufacturing corporation DN Solutions announced that it will invest in the domestic robotics corporation Neuromeka to establish a strategic partnership.
The investment was made as Neuromeka issued 186,338 common shares through third-party allotment paid-in capital increase, with a price of 26,833 won per share, totaling 5 billion won.
The two companies will jointly develop a next-generation control system to be applied to their automation solution lineup. Their aim is to enhance manufacturing productivity for customers and innovate the user experience (UX).
DN Solutions aims to solidify its position as an automation platform corporation that provides comprehensive advanced manufacturing solutions through the partnership with Neuromeka.
Previously, DN Solutions has invested in equity in Germany's module works, a CAD·CAM software developer for machine tools, and Carbon Black, an artificial intelligence (AI) platform corporation based in Korea and the United States, among others, to foster collaboration.
