Myung Nohyeon, vice chairman of LS, recently urged that the 'LS Head of Team Conference 2025' be held at the LS Future Center (training center) to maximize the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and strengthen the fundamental competitive edge of the business.
Vice Chairman Myung noted to over 350 Heads of Team from all affiliates that "as new opportunities arise amidst the shifting landscape caused by the emergence of next-generation AI and the reshaping of the global supply chain from the United States," it is vital to actively utilize the LS GPT (Group AI platform) and training programs to innovatively improve work processes and derive optimal execution strategies.
He also said, "We must proactively respond to the rapidly changing environment with enhanced work methods and produce standout star players in each team with new strategies," adding that for this, it is important to actively embrace the ideas of the Gen Z generation that are suitable for the AI era and maximize the capabilities of individual members utilizing talent management programs such as LS MBA.
