Founded in 2015, Seedronics possesses solutions such as the AI navigation support monitoring system (NAVISS) that aids smart navigation, AI software (Rec-SEA) that simplifies the upgrade of existing ship cameras, and AI port management monitoring that supports port operations comprehensively.

Through this investment acquisition, Seedronics plans to advance its ship AI and robotics technology. Moreover, it aims to accelerate its entry into the global market, leveraging contracts with overseas customers in places like Singapore and the Netherlands.

Oh Seong-in, chief of LB Investment, which led the Series B investment, noted, "Seedronics is proving to the global market that markets like advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) exist in the ship sector too," and added, "They are generating overseas sales on their own in a conservative market."
