The career platform Saramin announced on the 25th that it has launched the industry's first artificial intelligence (AI) mock interview service.
The newly released AI mock interview service features an AI interviewer. Users can choose from one of six AI interviewers with different years of experience, ranks, and personalities to prepare for various interview situations. The AI interviewer provides structured follow-up questions based on the job seeker's responses, allowing for in-depth practice interviews.
The AI interviewer was developed through Saramin's proprietary technology to feel similar to an actual person. It learns from over 3.5 million sets of human voice and video big data to implement natural speech and quick responses. Pronunciation has also been corrected to emphasize job duties, competencies, corporation names, and more, in line with the hiring context. Another advantage of the service is that it generates tailored questions suitable for each job seeker.
Job seekers can receive detailed feedback through a report on their performance after the mock interview. The report provides the job seeker's strengths and weaknesses, competencies, anticipated questions, and example answers.
A Saramin official noted, "Interviews are the most crucial process to pass, yet there was no solution to systematically practice them," and added, "We hope that through Saramin's AI mock interview service, job seekers can experience real-like interview practice."
