The 'Creating a Barrier-Free City Gwangyang' project aims to secure citizen safety and improve accessibility by creating an environment where citizens can move without inconvenience in facilities and amenities. Starting with the launch ceremony, from March to December, it will enhance facility accessibility for the mobility vulnerable, including people with disabilities, the elderly, and children. The plan includes small business sites that do not have any legal obligations in order to alleviate inconveniences in support blind spots.
