MIM (metal injection molding) specialized corporations PIM KOREA is pushing for a transfer listing from the KONEX to the KOSDAQ market and noted that in the public offering subscription conducted for general investors on the 25th and 26th, it recorded a competition ratio of 1,384.48 to 1.

The number of subscriptions was counted at 95,982, and accordingly, the total subscription margin is 2.52 trillion won. The number of shares allocated under the equal allocation method, which divides public offerings equally among subscribers, is 1.69 shares. PIM KOREA plans to go public on the KOSDAQ market on April 4th after processing payments on the 28th.

In a prior demand forecast targeting institutional investors, domestic and foreign institutional investors participated, recording a competition ratio of 1,215 to 1. Accordingly, the public offering price was confirmed at the upper limit of the desired range, which is 11,200 won. The market capitalization based on the confirmed public offering price is at the level of 67.2 billion won.

PIM KOREA supplies products based on MIM technology capable of ultra-precision manufacturing across various industries, including automotive, information technology (IT), and autonomous driving. PIM KOREA is diversifying the application areas of its technology toward humanoid robots and logistics robots through advancements in MIM-related technology.

The funds procured through the public offering are intended to be used for ▲ establishing a titanium powder factory ▲ building production facilities for IT and autonomous driving ▲ expanding IT dedicated production lines within the Vietnamese factory to increase production capacity (CAPA).

A PIM KOREA official said, "We will strengthen the technological entry barriers in the ultra-precision manufacturing technology field of MIM and jump to become a global leading company beyond the domestic market," and added, "Based on stable performance in the automotive sector, we will strengthen our strategy to target high-growth markets such as autonomous driving and humanoid robots."
