Hanwha General Insurance announced on the 24th that it has held the '2024 Annual Awards Ceremony' to commend and encourage the efforts of salespeople who achieved excellent sales performance.

Hanwha General Insurance hosted the '2024 Annual Awards Ceremony' on the afternoon of the 21st at the Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas, with over 300 attendees, including award recipients and employees. The list of awardees included 250 salespeople.

The highest honor of the ceremony, 'Insurance King,' was awarded to Han Seong-dae, honorary executive director of the Cheongju branch of the Chungbuk regional headquarters. Executive Director Han, who has been a veteran in sales for 28 years since his appointment in 1996, received the Insurance King title for the third time. He achieved a guaranteed-based performance of 93.42 million won and 222.301 million won in automobile insurance premiums last year, and also recorded the highest level of policy retention, showcasing the soundness of insurance contracts.

Executive Director Han noted, 'The biggest sales secret I have maintained for the past 28 years is the craftsmanship of accumulating experience and skills over a long period in one field,' adding, 'I believe that delivering hope to customers to rise again is the true value of insurance.'

In addition, Shin Yoon-soon, team leader of the Jua branch in the Incheon regional headquarters, and Lee Jeong-woo, honorary executive director of the Royal branch in the Central regional headquarters, were selected for the grand award. In total, 73 salespeople were listed among the awardees in the gold (18 people), silver (23 people), and bronze (32 people) categories.

Na Chae-beom, the CEO, expressed in his speech on that day, 'I would like to once again thank and congratulate the award recipients who have embarked on a great journey this year, as reflected in the annual award slogan, “For great challenges.”' He added, 'Sales is the heart of the company, and I will spare no support for the activities of salespeople, the source of our company’s survival.'
