Shinhan Bank announced on the 17th that it will publicly recruit 90 regular entry-level employees in the first half of this year.

The regular entry-level employees will be classified into general and local talent fields for personal and corporate finance roles. The public recruitment process consists of document screening, written examination (Shinhan Literacy Test), and first and second interviews. The written examination (Shinhan Literacy Test) evaluates ▲ NCS and financial knowledge (assessing basic job skills and understanding of finance) ▲ digital literacy (verifying logical thinking related to digital finance). It comprehensively assesses problem-solving abilities and understanding required for job performance.

Shinhan Bank noted, "To enhance the diversity of recruitment, we have added this local talent selection," adding, "We plan to continue to discover various forms of recruitment, including leadership hiring, for additional recruitment in the future."

Application documents can be submitted until 2 p.m. on March 31 through the official website, "Shinhan Bank Recruitment."
