Kyobo Securities announced on the 14th that it held its '2025 Launch Management Strategy Meeting' for sustainable growth, change, and innovation.

The meeting took place at the Bull's Hall of the Korea Financial Investment Association, attended by over 120 participants, including the CEO, executives, and branch managers.

During this management strategy meeting, discussions began with a review of key achievements for 2024, followed by sharing the management policy and goals for this year, and discussing execution strategies. In particular, efforts will be focused on securing future growth drivers for building a foundation for sustainable growth, including ▲driving change and innovation and improving business structure ▲accelerating digital-based innovation ▲enhancing ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) management ▲strengthening synergy with affiliates.

Additionally, there was a time to encourage the achievements and efforts of employees from last year, including the awarding of outstanding branches that contributed to the company's qualitative growth and the introduction of new organizational leaders.

CEO Lee Seok-ki noted, 'This year, with various internal and external economic variables, pivoting is more important than ever,' adding, 'Let’s achieve sustainable growth to enter large firms by providing customer-centric products and services through accelerated change and innovation.'
