YouTuber A, who was sued for defamation regarding the late actress Kim Sae-ron, was rebutted by the family. However, not just YouTuber A, but all sides of Gaseyeon are showing high fatigue among the public as they continue to mention the deceased's private life.

Previously, the family of the late Kim Sae-ron claimed through the YouTube channel "Garosero Research Institute" (abbreviated as "Gaseyeon") that she had been in a relationship with actor Kim Soo-hyun for six years since she was 15, and that in 2022, despite experiencing financial hardship due to a hiatus following a drunk driving accident, they pressured her to repay the 700 million won borrowed to settle the accident.

In relation, Kim Soo-hyun's agency Gold Medalist changed their statement amid the overflowing revelations, acknowledging the relationship by saying, "Kim Sae-ron dated from the summer of 2019 to the fall of 2020," but regarding the document certifying the repayment of 700 million won, they explained, "If we are arbitrarily burdened with the penalty fee that Kim Sae-ron must bear, it could lead to the establishment of a breach of duty by the executives who decided this, and there were concerns that the expense would not be recognized as deductible for the company. It had to be confirmed that we were making efforts to secure our claim against Kim Sae-ron."

As this war of truth has continued for about ten days, Gaseyeon has continued to expose private photos of Kim Soo-hyun. Meanwhile, the family announced that they would sue YouTuber A, who they claim harassed the late Kim Sae-ron during her lifetime. On the 20th, YouTuber A also stated through his channel that he would sue those claiming to be the late Kim Sae-ron's aunt, including A; Kim Se-hee of "Garosero Research Institute"; comedian Kwon Young-chan; and the legal representative of the family, lawyer Bu Ji-seok. On the 21st, the deceased's mother released a new statement regarding YouTuber A's lawsuit declaration through the YouTube channel "Garosero Research Institute" (hereinafter "Gaseyeon") and spoke out about the "fake aunt."

Previously, regarding YouTuber A's claim that "the person who mainly disseminated false information about me is none other than Kim Sae-ron's 'fake aunt'," Kim Sae-ron's mother emphasized, "A said, 'I will sue the fake aunt of Kim Sae-ron.' A, we do not have such a person. They have never harmed us. That person is just 'Sae-ron's aunt.'" She further stated, "What problem is there with a real aunt and a fake aunt? When Ron was six years old, we met as the mothers of child actors who were acting at the time, alternating between household chores and management duties, helping each other with the lacking parts. It has been nearly 20 years that I and my children have thought of and relied on each other as if we were real aunts," and countered that "I am also like a real aunt to my sister's children," presenting herself as a family-like presence.

In particular, Kim Sae-ron's mother claimed, "The fake aunt referred to by A is someone we consider the same as a real aunt, and I clarify that they have been properly entrusted with all external communication roles of our family."

However, netizens continue to show significant fatigue merely from the mention of the deceased's private life.

Meanwhile, on the afternoon of the 17th, the family submitted a complaint against YouTuber A, who had uploaded videos related to the private life of the late Kim Sae-ron several times, to the Seoul Police Agency. They also revealed that they are considering legal action against Kim Soo-hyun's side.
