The court has prohibited NewJeans from independent activities without their agency ADOR, and the five members reached out to their fans.

Early on the 22nd, a message was posted on the NJZ SNS channel stating, "Everything will be okay, Bunnies. It's not easy, but I hope you can relax and take a comfortable rest today. I've also been a bit overwhelmed preparing for this stage and feel really sorry for not being able to take care of you, Bunnies."

One member conveyed their apologies to the fans, saying, "In fact, while I was trying to hold on strongly, I had a lot on my mind, but it’s not a situation where we can communicate as comfortably as before. I think it must have been really hard for the Bunnies, and I'm worried they are still struggling. I want to hug or comfort each one of you, but I'm sorry that I can only do it through writing."

"More than anyone, you are the ones who stay on our side and support us endlessly. You’ve worked so hard. Thanks to you, the five of us have become stronger, are strong, and will continue to be strong. It's not over yet. I can’t see the future, so I don’t know how things will turn out, and I can’t tell you exactly, but since our five members have worked really hard on this, and we wanted to perform, and we can't wait to see the Bunnies, we will put on a very fun performance more than anyone else," he appealed for the concert on the 23rd.

In particular, he drew attention by earnestly appealing to the fans, saying, "Don't be too upset, and let’s all enjoy happiness together during our Sunday stage. We are ultimately people gathered through music, so let’s think of it as returning to where we started and spend time without regrets and enjoy it. Our Bunnies are truly amazing and precious to the five of us."

The previous day, the Seoul Central District Court’s Civil Agreement Division 50 (Chief Judge Kim Sang-hoon) accepted a preliminary injunction filed by ADOR against the five members of NewJeans for 'preserving agency status and prohibiting advertising contracts.' The court decided that, "Without prior approval or consent from ADOR, they should not engage in entertainment activities on their own (including through legal representatives) or through third parties."

Despite this, the representatives of Minji, Hani, Danielle, Haerin, and Haein stated, "We respect the court's decision. However, this decision does not sufficiently consider that the trust of the members towards ADOR has completely collapsed," and noted, "We, NJZ, would like to reiterate that we cannot work with an agency that has insulted our personalities and belittled our achievements, regardless of financial issues," expressing their resolve to escape from ADOR.
