The following is the full official statement from Beat Interactive.
Hello, this is Beat Interactive.
First of all, I sincerely thank the fans who love our artist A.C.E.
We would like to inform you that the exclusive contract with A.C.E will end on March 31, 2025.
After careful discussions leading up to the end of the exclusive contract, we have agreed to terminate management services without an extension of the contract. Unlike past practices, we aim to allow A.C.E to freely use their group name and content without any conditions for their continued and smooth activities after the contract ends.
Over the past 10 years, it has been an honor to share valuable time with the artist as collaborators while working on countless projects.
Ten years ago, Beat Interactive began with two staff members and five members, thanks to a connection between a representative and a trainee. Our goal was to create music that embodies the values requested by fans and addresses contemporary issues based on A.C.E's unique color. We have worked hard to find A.C.E's unique musical style, building trust through numerous challenges and dreaming of tomorrow together after serious contemplation.
We recognized the relationship between the artist and the agency not as 'superior and subordinate,' but as an equal partnership, jointly contemplating the struggles and visions faced by the artist. In the face of the inevitable changes over the span of a decade, I hope our relationship has deepened and grown together.
I express my heartfelt apologies to A.C.E for relying on this inadequate representative until now, and I am genuinely grateful for the opportunity to share in the dream of musical activities. Although I have great regret as A.C.E has greatly contributed to Beat Interactive, I wish to support them with expectations rather than sorrow for their greater heights.
I ask for your unwavering interest and support for A.C.E's new beginning.
Beat Interactive and I will return as a fan, and as always, I will support A.C.E's future consistently like I do now. Thank you.
