Lee Sang-woo made makgeolli for Kim So-yeon.
The episode aired on the 21st of KBS 2TV's 'Newly Released Restaurant' (hereafter 'Restaurant') depicted Lee Sang-woo trying to make makgeolli.
Lee Sang-woo brought the bottle of makgeolli he made back home and began to observe it with Kim So-yeon. From the 2nd day onwards, the room was filled with the scent of makgeolli. The two reacted in wonder at the sound of fermentation.
Lee Sang-woo also played the guitar and sang next to the makgeolli bottle. Lee Sang-woo noted, "I heard that it would be good to let the makgeolli listen to music, so I made a song too. I wonder if it enjoyed it." and stroked the makgeolli bottle.
Finally, on the day the fermentation was complete and the makgeolli was opened, Lee Sang-woo called Kim So-yeon. Kim So-yeon expressed excitement, saying, "I get to taste the first cup." She also praised him, saying, "You worked really hard."
After tasting the first cup, Kim So-yeon displayed a confident gaze. Lee Sang-woo exclaimed, "It's really delicious." Kim So-yeon praised, "It has no harsh taste and is appealing."
