In the episode of 'Return of Superman,' Choi Min-soo's wife, Kang Joo-eun, expressed endless admiration for Woo Hye-rim's son, Si-woo's, English skills.

In the episode aired on the 19th of KBS2TV's variety show 'Return of Superman' (hereafter 'Superman'), Woo Hye-rim's stepmother, Kang Joo-eun, appeared to celebrate her son Si-woo's birthday.

Kang Joo-eun noted, 'Woo Hye-rim is like a daughter to me,' and shared, 'When I published my book in 2017, Woo Hye-rim waited an hour to get my autograph.' She expressed her special affection for Woo Hye-rim by saying, 'Thirty years ago, I lost a daughter after having two sons.'

Woo Hye-rim shared, 'I have family in Hong Kong. They take care of me like my own mother would.' She likewise expressed her fond sentiments towards Kang Joo-eun.

Woo Hye-rim and Shin Min-cheol's son, Si-woo, knelt down and presented a huge bouquet to Kang Joo-eun. Kang Joo-eun, who had seen Si-woo when he was 100 days old, could hardly hide her astonishment when he presented her with the bouquet. Woo Hye-rim mentioned, 'I bought this from a dessert shop that mom Kang Joo-eun likes,' as she brought out lemon cheese cake, strawberry cake, and chocolate cake.

In response, Kang Joo-eun naturally asked various questions in English, such as 'What does this taste like?' and 'Have you tried this?' Si-woo answered smoothly in English, leading Kang Joo-eun to smile with satisfaction.

Woo Hye-rim conveyed her educational approach, saying, 'I try to use English mainly when I'm with Si-woo.' Kang Joo-eun agreed, stating, 'That method seems right. It is said that if parents use one language each when kids are young, it reduces language confusion.' She advised, 'Shin Min-cheol should only use Korean, while Woo Hye-rim should use only English to teach him.' Woo Hye-rim responded, 'So, we decided to teach him in each of our strong languages.'

Upon witnessing this, Park Soo-hong remarked, 'Woo Hye-rim, if the opportunity arises, I would love to receive home education!' generating laughter with his enthusiasm for educating his daughter, Jae-yi.
