Actress Kim Soo-yeon participated in the Korean dubbing of Disney's fantasy musical "Snow White," chosen for the role by Disney.

"Snow White" is the first fantasy musical film of 2025, featuring the story of Disney's first princess "Snow White" who battles to reclaim her kingdom from an evil "queen" with a good heart and courage. It is raising anticipation with a magical story beyond the fairytale, beautiful fantasy visuals, and a mesmerizing OST.

In the film, Kim Soo-yeon voices the protagonist "Snow White," a character who chooses and forges her own path, showcasing her charm through her kind and wise demeanor.

Kim Soo-yeon, a musical actress with both singing and acting skills, will express the Korean version of Snow White with her uniquely strong and warm voice that inspires courage.

In particular, Kim Soo-yeon, who previously dubbed Disney animations "Moana" and the "Moana 2" series, received praise for perfectly handling character vocals in "Moana 2," unlike her role in "Moana," where she only participated in the dialogue dubbing.

Kim Soo-yeon said, "I am excited to visit theaters with Disney's first fantasy musical 'Snow White' in 2025," adding, "I participated eagerly in dubbing because I want to give hope and courage to many, like the Snow White I voiced. See you in theaters this coming spring."

Having debuted in 2017 as part of the ensemble in the musical "Cyrano," Kim Soo-yeon has since performed in significant works such as "Interview," "Fan Letter," "Swag Age: Shout, Joseon!", "Dracula," "Lizzie," "Frida," "Wasted," "Rent," and "Death's Song," gaining much love as a "trustworthy actor." Additionally, she made headlines by performing the lead role of "Roxane" in the musical "Cyrano," which ran until February of this year, marking her first lead casting in seven years since her debut as an ensemble member in 2017.

There is growing anticipation for the performance of Kim Soo-yeon, who became the voice of the fantasy musical "Snow White" as "Disney's chosen voice."

Meanwhile, "Snow White," in which Kim Soo-yeon participated in the dubbing, is set to be released in theaters on March 19.
