Hwang Ba-wool, husband of Baby V.O.X's Kan Mi-yeon, expressed strong dissatisfaction over his allowance being frozen for six years.

Recently released preview footage from tvN STORY's 'Kim Chang-ok Show 3' depicted the couple discussing their concerns.

In the video, host Hwang Je-seong mentioned, 'Baby V.O.X has recently made headlines as a complete group' while referencing their performance as a complete group for the first time in 14 years at the KBS2 Song Festival.

Kan Mi-yeon said, 'It has been 14 years since we gathered, and 14 years ago, when I had a solo performance, the members supported me. And as a complete group, it has been nearly 20 years since we stood on stage. I was so happy to be together, and I never expected such a big reaction. I was happy to have many members.'

'The person who reported to 'Kim Chang-ok Show 3' was none other than husband Hwang Ba-wool. Hwang Ba-wool revealed, 'My allowance has been frozen for six years,' stating he receives 500,000 won a month. Hwang Je-seong showed sympathy, saying, 'I didn't know you were walking on a thorny path because of your allowance.'

Hwang Ba-wool discussed the setting of his 500,000 won allowance, saying, 'I went on 'Please Take Care of My Refrigerator' with my wife, and at that time, my wife gave me 300,000 won. However, Ahn Jung-hwan said, 'This amount is not enough for a person to live on, so it should be 500,000 won,' which is how it increased.'

Hwang Ba-wool stated, 'Before marriage, my wife was in charge, and I started as a deputy. After getting married, I was promoted to Head of Team, but I failed to negotiate a proposal for Deputy Minister.' In particular, Hwang Ba-wool expressed sadness, saying, 'My wife is aware of all my income. I cannot have anything hidden from her.'

Meanwhile, Hwang Ba-wool and Kan Mi-yeon got married in 2019.
