Kim Jun-ho from 'My Little Old Boy' started a diet before his wedding and received praise from his future mother-in-law.
The episode aired on the 16th of SBS's variety show 'My Little Old Boy' (hereinafter 'My Little Old Boy') featuring Lee Sang-min, Kim Jun-ho, and Lee Yong as they prepared for a marathon challenge and departed for Osaka, Japan.
Upon arriving in Osaka, Lee Sang-min, Kim Jun-ho, and Lee Yong declared their intention to challenge the full marathon of 42.195 km, surprising the studio. Lee Yong asked, “Have you guys prepared for the marathon?” and Lee Sang-min replied, “What I prepared is to lose 8 kg from my body.” Kim Jun-ho also revealed, “I lost 3 kg,” making his future mother-in-law happy.
In response, Lee Sang-min asked, “But why did you take pictures together when Yong-dae shot his body profile?” Lee Yong replied, “I'm going to take pictures for the beef buff. I took them to lose weight before the wedding. But my belly still…” pointing out his stomach. Kim Jun-ho said, “The belly isn’t going away,” and Lee Yong stated, “That’s why I brought you along. Let’s try running a marathon together.”
Kim Jun-ho, revealing his still-jiggly belly, said, “Ji-min likes it. The white skin.” However, Lee Yong responded, “You have to run. You need to run to lose the belly.” In the studio, Kim Ji-min's mother noted, “It’s commendable. It’s better than completely giving up. Recently, he seems to have regained his senses, losing some weight, making his face smaller and shoulders broader,” but expressed disappointment, stating, “The belly hasn’t gone down yet.”
Meanwhile, Lee Sang-min said, “I aim to run up to the buffet,” resolving to try running 32 km of the 42.195 km. On the other hand, Kim Jun-ho expressed confidence, saying, “I’ll lightly hit the buffet, and my goal is to complete the marathon.” In response, Lee Sang-min remarked, “In the past, when I was working out, I used to run at least 4 hours,” to which Kim Jun-ho confidently stated, “I also participated in a triathlon. I swam 1.5 km in the sea, cycled 40 km, and ran 10 km in a marathon. I have records for that.”
At that moment, unlike now, Kim Jun-ho caught attention with his slim figure completing a triathlon. Amid everyone’s admiration, Seo Jang-hoon pointed out, “Wasn’t that over ten years ago?” provoking laughter.
