The wealth of singer Lee Sang-soon’s family is once again in the spotlight.
On the 4th, during the broadcast of MBC FM4U 'A Perfect Day with Lee Sang-soon', the segment 'My Favorite Place' was presented.
That day, Lee Sang-soon introduced Hahpyeong Beach in Donghae city and revealed, "I used to study abroad in the Netherlands," drawing attention.
He reminisced about the moments when, while studying abroad, his teacher made them analyze music using the song 'At Seventeen' by female singer-songwriter Janis IAAN, stating that he was deeply impressed at the time. 'At Seventeen' is Janis IAAN's signature song. Earlier in this broadcast, Lee Sang-soon recalled his time in the Netherlands, saying, "There was a time when it took 5 to 6 hours to download Korean content," which elicited laughter.
Last November, during a broadcast of MBC FM4U 'Date with Ahn Young-mi at Two', Lee Sang-soon clarified the rumors about his wealth.
At that time, comedian Ahn Young-mi asked, "Is your wealth the source of your gentle personality?" to which Lee Sang-soon smiled and denied. He explained, "It seems to be related to my maternal grandfather's beef ribs restaurant in Busan, but in fact, it's not my mother's grandfather, it's my great-uncle."
He added, "That wealth doesn’t have much to do with me, but I did eat a lot of ribs when I was young. 'My uncle runs it now,' he elaborated. This restaurant is 'Haeundae Amso Galbi' in Busan.
Meanwhile, Lee Sang-soon married top star Lee Hyori in 2013. The couple, who had been living in Jeju Island, recently completed their life in Jeju and moved to a single-family home in Pyeongchang-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, purchasing it for 6 billion won, drawing attention.
