Next, a braised dish featuring whole saury was served. Jeon Hyun-moo tasted it and said, "At first, it comes in a sweet flavor, but finishes with a spicy kick." Kang Nam, after tasting the braised dish, exclaimed, "It's not salty. It's just right."

Jeon Hyun-moo, sending out his signature food signal, remarked, "I have to come to Andong to eat saury," creating laughter. Jeon Hyun-moo said, "Usually, the flesh inside doesn't absorb the seasoning well. But here, even if it doesn't absorb, it’s delicious."
