On the 27th, J.J. said, "Sharing my recent diet and body updates," as he revealed several photos on his social account. J.J. noted, "Maintaining 63 kg! I didn't cook at home because it was too bothersome, and somehow my weight went up remarkably. These days, due to my thyroid, I'm not greatly restricting my food and trying to eat a balanced diet. Dieting ultimately puts stress on the body," as he confidently disclosed his weight.

Recently, J.J. drew attention by confessing that he couldn't help but gain weight along with the name of the illness he is experiencing. Nevertheless, prioritizing only his health, he appeared healthy without any signs of obsessive dieting.

J.J. stated, "I eat 2 to 2.5 meals a day, but I started the pescatarian diet again for a month! I've removed meats except for dairy, seafood, and eggs from my diet. With the recent telomere tests and the fact that pesto is a diet good for antioxidants, I think this will help my health after my 40s," as he wrote a lengthy post about the pescatarian diet.
