Pohang Steelers forward Zhu Ningyo was selected as the best player of K League 1 round 13.
The Korea Professional Football League (KPFL) announced on the 12th that Zhu Ningyo was the Hana Bank K League 1 2026 round 13 MVP.
Zhu Ningyo scored a brace in the match against Daejeon Hana Citizen at Daejeon World Cup Stadium on the 9th, leading Pohang to a 2-0 victory. After opening the scoring in the 23rd minute of the second half, he again rippled the net in a chaotic situation during stoppage time to seal the result.
With Zhu Ningyo scoring both his first and second league goals of the season in one match, Pohang extended its undefeated streak to three league games.

Jeju beat FC Seoul 2-1 in a home match at Jeju World Cup Stadium. Kim Jong-min recorded a hat trick in the match against Seoul E-Land Group, anchoring his team's 3-0 rout. He opened the scoring with a header from a corner in the 29th minute of the first half, added another header in the 14th minute of the second half, and completed the hat trick by converting a penalty in the 26th minute of the second half.
Chungnam Asan recorded its first three-goal margin victory of the season and was named the round's best team, and the match against Seoul E-Land Group was also listed as the K League 2 best match.
Meanwhile, K League round MVPs and the best 11 are determined based on match evaluations and data analysis by the Korea Professional Football League (KPFL) Technical Study Group (TSG).
The K League 1 round 13 best 11 attackers were Negeva (Jeju), Malcom (Ulsan) and Zhu Ningyo (Pohang). The midfield comprised Lee Seung-woo (Jeonbuk), Seo Jae-min (Incheon), Lee Kyu-seong (Ulsan) and Kim Tae-hyun (Jeonbuk), while the defense consisted of Célestin (Jeju), Juan Ibiza (Incheon) and Jeon Min-gwang (Pohang). The goalkeeper spot went to Kim Dong-jun (Jeju).
The K League 2 round 11 best 11 attackers included Lee Jong-eon (Chungbuk Cheongju), Kim Jong-min (Chungnam Asan) and Danrey (Gyeongnam). Midfielders selected were Kim Hyun-min (Busan), Son Jun-ho (Chungnam Asan), Park Jae-seong (Hwaseong) and Yoo Dong-gyu (Yongin), and the defense featured Kim Hee-seung (Busan), Lukeng (Gyeongnam) and Kim Hyun-jun (Yongin). The goal was kept by Koo Sang-min (Busan).
