Service temporarily suspended for seven days from Tue., April 14 to Mon., April 20...resuming sequentially from Tue., April 21
Korea Sports Leisure Co., the entrusted operator of sports promotion lottery tickets (Sports Toto) issued by the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation, said it will temporarily suspend sales and payout·refund services for seven days from 00:00 on Tue., April 14, 2026, to 24:00 on Mon., April 20, 2026, to introduce a new system.
Accordingly, Sports Toto halted sales at 7 p.m. on Mon., April 13, 2026, and from 00:00 on Tue., April 14 all services, including payout·refunds, have been suspended.
The official online sales site "Betman" is also restricted from 00:00 on Tue., April 14. However, some services such as checking eligible matches and product information are scheduled to resume from 2 p.m. on Mon., April 20, and deposit-related services (withdrawal, deposit, top-up, etc.) will be sequentially normalized from 3 p.m. that day.
After the system replacement work is completed, payout·refund services will resume from 00:00 on Tue., April 21, and Sports Toto sales will resume the same day from 2 p.m. In addition, for tickets whose payout and refund expiration falls during the full service suspension period, the expiration will be automatically extended by the length of that period.
This system overhaul is a measure to address the aging of the existing system that has been in long-term operation since its introduction in 2013. During the sales suspension period, the new system will incorporate features such as expanded game types, increased flexibility in product operations, strengthened security, improved processing speed and enhanced system stability.
A Korea Sports Leisure official said, "The introduction of this system is an essential process to build a more stable service environment and improve quality," and said, "We expect user convenience and operational efficiency to be greatly enhanced going forward." He added, "We ask users for their deep understanding as this is an unavoidable measure for a stable system launch."
Meanwhile, except for Wed., April 15, the customer center will operate during the service suspension period, but some service use may be restricted. For details, check the Sports Toto official website and Betman.
