The Korea Football Association is joining hands with Korean Air Lines to provide stable support for the national team's overseas schedule.
The Korea Football Association (KFA) held an official partnership agreement ceremony with Korean Air Lines on the morning of the 23rd at Incheon International Airport Terminal 2. The event was attended by KFA Vice President Lee Yong-Su, Director General Park Hang-Seo of the CONCACAF World Cup support team, national team coach Hong Myung-Bo, and on the Korean Air Lines side Vice President Woo Kee-Hong and marketing director Kim Myung-Jun, among other key figures from both sides, who affirmed their commitment to cooperation.
Under the agreement, Korean Air Lines will support air transportation for the South Korea national football team's overseas matches and participation in various international competitions. In addition, the company will continue sponsorship of major projects promoted by the KFA and, as an official partner, will secure rights to use the national team emblem and logo, stadium advertising rights, and marketing rights related to the national team.
Vice President Lee Yong-Su said it was meaningful to be working with Korean Air Lines, which provides world-class air service, and added that the agreement would increase operational stability for the national team and create an environment in which players can maintain their best condition on major international stages, including the 2026 CONCACAF World Cup.
