Korea Sports Leisure continues efforts to promote user protection and strengthen public interest
The Seoul Olympic Memorial Sports Promotion Foundation (chairman Ha Hyung-ju), which issues the sports promotion lottery Sports Toto, said that Korea Sports Leisure Co., Ltd., the trustee operator of Sports Toto, has provided the integrated healthy-use platform "With toto" service since Dec. 2025 to foster a healthy leisure culture for sports promotion lottery users.
"With toto" is an online integrated healthy-use platform designed so Sports Toto users can check their own usage status, prevent and mitigate compulsive gambling, and receive appropriate information and help when needed. Its distinguishing feature is that it brings together previously dispersed healthy-use services in one place to improve user accessibility and convenience.
On With toto, users can objectively assess their usage tendencies through self-diagnostic tests such as the gambling addiction self-diagnosis (CPGI), the Sports Toto compulsive gambling index self-diagnosis (TGSI), and user guidelines and healthy purchase pledge, and, based on the self-diagnosis results, they can also receive healthy-use information and program guidance tailored to their individual usage status.
Various compulsive gambling mitigation programs are operated, including the online program "toto Refresh" for prevention and mitigation of compulsive gambling, the offline program "toto Healing Day" focused on healing and recovery, and the "healthy purchase program" within the Betman site. Application methods and main schedules for each program can be checked through the With toto platform.
Functions to eradicate illegal sports gambling have also been strengthened. Through menus linked to the "illegal Sports Toto reporting center," users can report sales exceeding purchase limits, remote sales, illegal sports gambling sites and actors, and the reward standards for reports are also provided.
