With its promotion to K League 2 for the 2026 season finally approved and making new history, Paju Frontier FC has set another meaningful milestone in K League marketing.
Paju Frontier FC said the premium season ticket "Frontier Honors Club," launched on Jan. 20 through its official ticketing agency NOL Ticket, sold out all 11 limited copies in just one day after sales began.
This season ticket was priced at 11 million won, the first and highest price in K League history, generating major attention even before its release. Kim Jeong-suk, director of Munsan Central Hospital, was the commemorative first purchaser, and purchases by key local corporations and figures in Paju followed, leading to the early sellout.
This suggests that beyond simply achieving high-priced ticket sales, the concept of a "founding patron" the club proposed has successfully taken root in the local community.
A club official said the quick sellout despite the high price is proof of the deep trust the local community places in the club's vision and its value as a team representing Paju.
The "Frontier Honors Club" is more than a match season ticket; it is a participatory and contributory membership that helps build the history of the club and the city. The 11 Honor Club members will receive exclusive experiences that are hard to quantify in money, including an annual NFC stadium lending, an NFC tour and one-day class program, and the opportunity to kick off a home match.
In addition, tasteful goods such as the club emblem-engraved home safe Metacell, specially produced by global safe manufacturer Sunil Safe, will be presented.
