The professional baseball team Samsung Lions will operate the 1st and 3rd base table seats as ISU Group table seats at their home stadium, Daegu Samsung Lions Park.
Samsung Lions and ISU Group held a sponsorship agreement ceremony on the 27th. On this day, ISU Group signed a contract to promote the ISU Group brand, including wrapping advertisements on the 13th base table seats, LED backstop advertising at the headquarters, and sweet box private rooms that accommodate 25 people.
The ceremony was attended by Jo Yo-han, executive director of the ISU brand strategy team, along with other ISU Group officials. From the team, captain Koo Ja-wook and player Lee Ho-sung attended to illuminate the event.
ISU Group has been signing sponsorship agreements with professional baseball teams every year since 2022 to communicate with a larger public through sports marketing. This sponsorship is particularly meaningful as ISU Group's subsidiary, ISU PETASYS, is a corporation that grows together with the Daegu region. Headquartered in Daegu, ISU PETASYS holds a leading position in the high value-added sector of 'high multilayer printed circuit boards,' ranking 1st in Korea and 2nd in the world.
Executive director Jo Yo-han, who participated in the ceremony, noted, "Sports marketing is an important opportunity for ISU Group to get closer to the public," and added, "I hope that through collaboration with Samsung Lions, ISU Group becomes more beloved not only by baseball fans but also by the general public."
